The price quoted is for one pick up and one drop off unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.  Any additional pick ups / drop offs will be charged at £10 per extra drop.  Your time runs from the time the limousine arrives at your address to the set down address.  If any additional time is required this must be prepaid at £15 per 15 minutes.  All outstanding monies must be paid to the driver on arrival of the vehicle - failure to do this will result in the driver refusing entry to the vehicle. 

CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel your reservation within 14 days of the booking, 50% of the fee is payable.  There is no charge if you cancel before this time.   

PUNCTUALITY

If you are not at the chosen pick up point at the agreed time your driver will only wait 20 minutes unless prior arrangements have been made.  A grace period shall be established for late arrival of your limousine due to breakdown, traffic conditions etc (any missed time due to unforeseen circumstances will then be made up to you at the end of your journey if appropriate).  In the highly unlikely event that the vehicle is unable to reach you in time for your event and you choose to arrange alternative transportation, 1st Limo Knights are not liable for any further costs that you may incur and no compensation will be given.  We ask customers to be patient whilst waiting for limousines on late arrivals, as sometimes traffic and other conditions beyond our control can delay us.  Where possible the time will be made up at the end of your journey.  Please note that this does not entitle you to any discount. 

BEHAVIOUR

There is no smoking or eating permitted in the vehicle (if you choose to do so right of access will be refused).  The hirer is responsible for the behaviour of other guests and it should be noted that we have the right to eject any persons for the following reasons:

• Smoking and the consumption of food in the vehicle

• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards the driver or public bystanders.  If any such behaviour occurs the trip will be terminated and the police called to attend

• Possession of any illegal weapons or substances

If any person is sick in the limousine the vehicle will be stopped and that person will be requested to pay £50 for the valeting of the vehicle before the trip can continue.  Any persons seen to cause damage to the limousine will be charged accordingly and will be driven to the nearest police station without warning from the driver. 

 

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

 

If you choose to leave articles in the vehicle neither the company or drivers are in any way responsible for loss or damage to these articles.  The client assumes full liability for all articles that may be damaged while getting in and out of the vehicle.
